Her birthplace and childhood was in Concord California. She wanted to be professional soccer player as a child and in 2002, however, an ankle injury occurred in her senior year in high school. After recovering from her injury, she continued to play as a striker in Pleasant Hill California at Diablo Valley College where she earned an associate's degree in Art. She was awarded Junior College All-American awards and then transferred to Arizona State University. Unfortunately the self-doubt of her caused her to stop playing soccer. Then she went to California State University Fullerton where, with the degree of Business Management with a minor in Human Resources and a Bachelor's of Arts. After her studies, she moved to Los Angeles where she began a career of acting, modeling and promotional acting. It was then that she came across the casting call for W.W.E. Talent scouts were taken aback by her, and she was given a four-week audition period. She then moved by chance to Orlando Florida, where the Performance Center was located.
